SABENA is an acronym for The Societé Anonyme Belge d’Exploitation de la Navigation Aérienne, or Belgian Corporation for Air Navigation Services. It was an airline based in Belgium, started in the 1930s, which flew to European destinations and Belgian colonies. It was the national airline for Belgium until 2001 when its assets were sold off and it became what is today Brussels Airlines.

This is one of a series of destination posters created for Sabena in the 1960’s during the growth period of foreign travel. It encouraged the Belgian population to visit foreign destinations using Sabena .

This is an Original Vintage Poster; it is not a reproduction. This poster is conservation mounted, linen backed, and in excellent condition.
